You can use this article to show up the coupon code for your customers without requesting them to Share on social media or enter an email for a subscription. 

Just simply go to the "Translate" tab, you should be able to fill in "Your Coupon Code" box with the code you want to show. 

And your coupon will look like this:

Notice: if you just want to get your customers' emails, simple just leave the option for social networks blank or vice versa, if you just need social networks subscription then leave the email subscription blank.
