In order to improve email deliverability from Mailbot by Beeketing, it is recommended that you configure your domain's DNS settings to show ISP (Internet Service Providers) and let email providers like Gmail & Yahoo know that you grant Beeketing permission to send emails for you.

We recommend you configure this because mass newsletters from your personal email accounts might be sent to spam boxes or rejected by Spam filters. This configuration helps you send newsletters under a company account like you@yourshop.com, and get replies to your personal Gmail email.

Additionally, emails signed by your own domain will look as if they've been sent directly from you, rather than delivered by Beeketing.

Sender Email

In case you don't have your own domain, we recommend you use Owner email with format {firstname}@{yourdomain} or {firstname}.{shopname}@beeketing.net. This is a domain we prepared for you, don't worry if you don’t have access to that email because you can still receive reply-emails from customers to the email address you submit in Support email field.

Instruction to verify your domains:

Step 1: Go to Mailbot app Settings >> Sender Information >> Verify Domain, you will see a board like this. In this board, we have prepared 3 CNAME records for you to create in your domain DNS settings.

Verification

Step 2: Go to your domain account >> DNS settings >> Create 3 new CNAME records using the records we have prepared in your app for you.

Here's an example from Namecheap:
