Importing - Exporting offers help to create and edit many offers at a time. No more time-consuming to manage your offers.
When you first enter Custom Up-Sell or Custom Cross-Sell managing page, click on the "Action" button on the left-hand:
While hitting Export button, all of your current offers will be downloaded to your computer as a csv file, later on, you can adjust this file (editing existing offers/ creating new ones) and then hit Import to upload the file. Or you can download and view a sample product CSV file to use as a template for creating your own. All of the offers will be updated according to the CSV file.
1. Custom Up-Sell CSV file sample
Each matching field with each step of offer creation are explained below:
- ID: Offer's ID on our system. If you are editing an existing offer, this field will be already filled. If you are creating a new offer, you can fill '0' or 'New'.
- Name: Offer's name - this will not show on your offer, just to help with easier offers management.
- Message: this message will show on the offer popup, so you can choose a cheerful message to motivate your customers. The only variable supported in this message is {{product name}} - it will be automatically generated in your storefront.
- Click action: this field reflects how your cart is updated after customer Add to cart Up-Sell item:
- Add another product to cart - If a customer ads Up-Sell item to cart, target product will remain and not be replaced in cart
- Replace_product: Alternate target product - If the customer adds Up-Sell item to cart, target product will be replaced by Up-Sell item in the cart.
- Target type: items having Up-Sell offer applied
- products: specific products on store.
- collections: specific collections on store.
- smart_collections: a grouping of products defined by simple rules set by shop owners
- Target ID: product ID or collection ID of the Up-Sell item (How to get this ID will be instructed below).
- Offer type: Up-Sell item.
- products: specific products on store.

- Offer ID: product ID or collection ID of the Up-Sell item (How to get this ID will be instructed below).
- Discount product prices: this field reflects the lower price applied to the Up-Sell item.
- Active: offer's status - 1 is on and 0 is off.
2. Custom Cross-Sell CSV file sample:
- ID: Offer's ID on our system. If you are editing an existing offer, this field will be already filled. If you are creating a new offer, you can fill '0' or 'New'
- Name: Offer's name - this will not show on your offer, just to help with easier offers management.
- Message: this message will show on the offer popup, so you can choose a cheerful message to motivate your customers.
- Product ID: ID of all products included in Cross-Sell bundle.
- Discount price: preferred price applied if a customer adds the whole Cross-Sell bundle to cart. If you don't want to offer discounts for your cross-sell offers, leave it as blank.
- Active: offer's status: 1 is on and 0 is off.
3. How the get product/ collection ID:
- When you open a product in the Shopify back-end, the last numbers in the URL link is product ID.
- The same with product ID, when you open a collection in the Shopify back-end, the last digits in the URL link is collection ID.
