With this segmentation feature, you can easily classify different groups of customers, and make a unique campaign for a specific segment - to make a good fit for your Marketing strategy.


In this article, we simply list down all kind of activities can be tracked by Mailbot, so you can have a general look. First off, to make a new segment of customer, let's go to Customers tab >> Segment >> Manage Segment >> Create segment to start. There are 2 kinds of segment your can create: Based on customer information and based on their actions. 

1. Based on customer's information:
