How it works?

Win-back Email automatically reminds and engages customers who haven't come back for 20 days (this rule can be changed by you), to increase retention rate.

How to change target customers?

Currently, the default target customer is the one who have no come back to your store for 20 days. However you can change this by clicking the hyper link in box 'When should we send emails'

It is recommended to keep the default settings, however if you make any changes, kindly change the segment's name accordingly, to avoid confusion.

How are the emails sent?

There will be a series of 2 emails sent to customer.
- 1 hour after contact enters segment
- 5 days after contact enters segment

The second email will not be sent if customer comes back to you store after the fist one sent. Because, at this time, this contact no longer belongs to segment Inactive customers anymore. 

The goal of this campaign is to make inactive customer to become active customer (enter Active customers segment) >> Conversion rate is counted based on this goal.
