Automation Campaign: Win-back Email

How it works?
Win-back Email automatically reminds and engages customers who haven't come back for 20 days (this rule can be changed by you), to increase retention rate.
How to change target customers?
Currently, the default target customer is the one who has no come back to your store for 20 days.
How are the emails sent?
There will be a series of 2 emails sent to customer.
- 1 hour after contact enters the segment
- 5 days after contact enters the segment
The second email will not be sent if the customer comes back to your store after the first one sent. Because, at this time, this contact no longer belongs to segment Inactive customers anymore.
The goal of this campaign is to make the inactive customer to become an active customer (enter Active customers segment) >> Conversion rate is counted based on this goal.
