HoWin-back Automation Campaign benefits?

Win-back Automation Campaign automatically reminds and engages customers who haven't come back for 20 days (this rule can be changed by you), to increase retention rate. Chain of emails stops automatically if your customer comes back to your store.

To whom it sends?

Currently, the default target customer is the one who has no come back to your store for 20 days. 

When will the campaign send?

There will be a series of 2 emails sent to the customer.
- 1 hour after contact enters the segment
- 5 days after contact enters the segment

You can also change time delay to send each email by editing the campaign:

 How to change the rule?

You can change the condition of the Inactive campaign from 20 days to another time. Kindly go to Customers tab >> Manage Segment >> Inactive Customers >> change the time >> Save.
