Why are the prices not converted during the checkout?
With most of platforms, changing some elements on the Checkout Pages are not allowed, which leads to the fact that Calbot and also many other third-party tools cannot run in the checkout and the checkout currency is always your store's default one, as you might have noticed.
How to notify the customers about this?
In order not to affect your customers' experience by this setting, you can add a notice to the cart, letting the customers know that they will be charged in your store's default currency, even if the prices in the site were converted in their local currency.
To turn on the checkout currency notification, you go to the Advanced Settings. Then click turn on button and edit the informed message to your customers. Do not forget to hit Save to complete your setting.
