Mailchimp is the biggest email marketing app at this time and many people have an Mailchimp account. However, if you find that Mailbot is a great Mailchimp alternatives for your online stores and register for Mailbot, you should sync all contacts between Mailchimp and Mailbot. After syncing, all active contacts will be sync from Mailbot to Mailchimp and vice versa and the contact lists of these two apps will be the same.

So, how to sync Mailbot to Mailchimp? Here is the instruction for you to follow:



Go to to create an account or login if you already have one.


When you create a list in MailChimp, you can import and collect new subscribers, and then send campaigns to your list. While MailChimp allows you to create as many lists as you need, it is often best to manage one master list and use groups and our segmentingfeatures instead.

Below, you'll learn how to create a list in your MailChimp account.

Fill out the List details with your information or your client's information and preferences. 

When you're finished, click Save.

You'll see a confirmation page to indicate that your list was created, with a set of links to your next steps. 




Segments can be created in a few ways and saved for reuse with any of your campaigns. Filter your list by up to five segmentation conditions, and choose to include or exclude subscribers for each condition.

You can create a simple Segment,  for example:

Subscribers match member rating is greater than 2. Cursor is over Preview Segment button.

Or multiple-part segment:

If you're happy with the segment, click Save as Segment . To continue editing your segmentation criteria, click Edit


Now, when you already have created segments, go back to Mailbot backend >> Customers tab >> click Add/Sync customers >> Sync customers >> Choose Connect with Mailchimp to sync

Submitted emails will be synced to the list accordingly.
